Description and Treatment

Sacroiliitis is pain that involves the sacroiliac joint and frequently is a stubborn nemesis. If problems continue over a long period of time, this joint can be treated with ultrasound guided SI joint blocks which involve cortisone and Xylocaine. After the joint is well anesthetized, osteopathic manipulation is then performed.
