An independent Medical Evaluation is just as it sounds. Dr. Herzog is not employed by an attorney, workers comp, insurance company, or another party, but works independently to offer a respected opinion. Many people require an unbiased expert opinion by someone who is board certified and is a treating physician with many years of experience. Approximately 15% of office hours are available for independent medical evaluations.
